It was a short visit but the staff were nice. Overall, not bad to stay in at all. I would come back.

The washing sink and wc wasn't washed well. The bathtub looks tired .

Great location and attentive staff
Location is perfect, staff was very friendly and remembered one of us had dietary restrictions. Overall a very good choice in Puebla.
The WiFi and internet was abysmally slow in the room to the point we could use it.

We had a courtyard room and it was very quiet, the breakfast even the coffee was absolutely amazing!
The property was in an ideal location, walkable to everything we wanted to see
The lobby had an odour, similar to the smell in large cities.
